College Rep Visits

On Thursday, we are kicking off our college rep visits. Seniors and juniors stop and visit with Taylor Alstatt from Eastern Kentucky University. He will answer all your questions. Sophomores and freshmen, you should stop and visit with Taylor, also. Looking at schools early is a great way to see what you need to get into the school, the programs they offer, the size,  and if that is the type of school you would like. Continue reading

Regional Youth Leadership Program

Applications for Regional Youth Leadership (RYL) Class of 2023 are now open to current high school sophomores. RYL is leadership development program for high school students during their junior year. Approximately 45 students will be selected to participate in monthly sessions examining topics such as arts & culture, economic development, local government, and more. The program will run from September 2022 through March 2023 with monthly sessions occurring during the school day.
