Graphic design students were asked by Teen Leadership Club for Health & Wellness (TLC) to design stickers to be passed out to all NDA students during Body Peace Week. The annual Orange & White Flag Football Game against St. Ursula took place on Sunday at Notre Dame Academy. The game is played in honor of Natalie Bradley, a 2009 St. Ursula graduate, who passed away shortly after her graduation from Leukemia. Senior morality students in Mrs. Van Auken’s classes recently enjoyed a visit and discussion from Sr. Mary Margaret Droege. The seniors are currently studying the second commandment in their morality classes and Sr. spoke about her religious vows and how she continues to live out those vows as an SND.
In celebration of Black History Month, Pandaversity created signs and poster encouraging diversity and inclusion. To increase the awareness of the many important and historic contributions of Black Americans, a slide show will be running in the CLC throughout Black History Month.
