Hi from Hope Squad! For today’s gratitude exercise, go for a walk and make a special effort to appreciate your surroundings. Focus on each of your 5 senses, one at a time. Spend a minute listening, a minute to look at your surroundings, and so on. Notice the sights, sounds, smells and sensations you would normally miss, such as the crunch of fall leaves or cool breeze on your skin.

The Panda bowling team took the best of seven last night from Conner 6-1. Out of that came two new school records , 2 new single high games and a new high total team pin count of 2121.
Sophomore Caroline Bohman rolled a 128 and Shout out to Freshman Erica Barczak bowling her personal competition game of 146.
Two school records were broken by Sophomore Alyssa Bechtol , A Single game of 257 , beat the old record of 247 and two games total of 466
