Congratulations to the Mock Trial team who completed at the state competition this weekend and placed 4th.  It was a great weekend and they even outscored the state champions on one of the ballots. Great job ladies!

Our Track and Field team had an outstanding day at the Inaugural Indoor State Championship on Saturday (over the weekend). Every Panda in every event had season personal bests on the biggest day of the year. The team finished top 20 overall out of 77 teams in Class 3A. Congrats to several Pandas who were state medalists: 4×800 – 6th (Alex Burg, Kelsey Weil, Kate Blettner, Cameron Kirtley), Shot Put – 7th (Julia Meyers), High Jump – 7th (Callie Fedders) and 8th (Ava Erpenbeck), Pole Vault – 7th (Brooke Hollenkamp). The team is now primed and ready for the Outdoor season with their first Meet on March 21!

We want to congratulate our Basketball team on a successful season with a record of 20 – 10. Top scorers were Amelia Stallard and Maya Lawrie with 9 points.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE ARCHERY PANDAS WHO QUALIFIED FOR THE KENTUCKY NASP STATE  ARCHERY TOURNAMENT TO BE HELD IN LOUISVILLE ON MARCH 28.  THE PANDAS SHOT THEIR SEASON HIGH SCORE OF 3081 AT THE BOONE COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL TOURNAMENT THIS PAST WEEKEND.  ARCHERY PANDAS ROCK!

The deadline for prom registration and table assignments is tomorrow. Tables are filling up so we will need to start filling in empty seats at tables. Please see Mrs. Phillips or Mr. Strickley with any questions

The clock is ticking for the Drug Free Club Scholarship Contest! See one of the counselors or the flyer posted by the office door for more info; essays are due to Mrs.Hildreth or Mrs. Maggard by March 17.  There are BIG prizes – up to $2,000 – for the winners. We know Pandas are good writers, and have won at least one of these awards in the past!
