Help Desk availability during study halls and lunch

  • Students may use the help desk during study halls or lunch.
  • Students MUST check in with SWAT member prior to signing anything out.
  • Students coming to the Help Desk after the bell rings must have a pass signed by a teacher.

SWAT Help Desk Operating Policy
for teachers and students

  • Room 211
  • Hours:
    7:30 - 9:30 Daily (Drop in hours)
    2:00 - 3:00 Daily (Drop in hours)
    * All other times must be scheduled via email with Mrs. Mullee

Expectations of students in the Help Desk (SWAT members included)

  • NO ONE is permitted to bring food into room 102.
  • Only scheduled students may come behind the desk at any time.
  • If you are a SWAT member and you have not been scheduled to work, you should not be behind the desk.
  • All students must fill out tech tickets.
  • All teachers sign in and fill out tech tickets
  • If battery chargers are not returned on the day they were signed out, a DT will be issued.
  • NO GAMES, UNAPPROVED SOCIAL MEDIA, OR VISITING INAPPROPRIATE SITES by any student (SWAT team included) are permitted; NO EXCEPTIONS
  • As we strive to live digitally, no one is permitted to print to the Help Desk printer (this includes SWAT members). It is there for administrative purposes only.
  • Students who are working must keep an appropriate voice level.
  • Personal music may be accessed WITH headphones.
  • NO books, projects, especially crafts, or any other items that takes up space may be stored in the Help Desk for any reason.
