Spring Sports at NDA

I have played lacrosse for four years, and it is my favorite activity. Playing a sport is so much fun and a great way to stay active. Sports bring people together from all grade levels, and we all become close friends even outside of lacrosse.

I swim and play golf. The swim team is so much fun because it’s a no-cut sport that anyone can do. We all become really close as Panda team members. The golf coaches are so helpful. They teach you how to love the game!

Over my four years at NDA I’ve been involved in cross country, track and field, and archery. I recommend that every freshman do a sport so that they can meet new people during the first year of high school.
