Panda Sneak Peek Information Sessions 2025
Information Sessions for prospective Panda parents and students!

NOTE: STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THESE SESSIONS WITH THEIR PARENTS.

Group Shadow Days
2025-26 Group Shadow Dates at NDA for 8th Grade Feeder and Non-Feeder Schools
Each year NDA offers a group shadow day for each of its feeder elementary schools and another day for the students from non-feeder schools. Students will attend classes, eat lunch, and learn from current NDA students what it’s like to be a Panda. PLEASE NOTE: Group Shadow Days begin at approximately 8:15-8:30 a.m. and end at 12 noon.
Group Shadow Dates for Feeder Schools (8:15 a.m. – 12 noon)
September 9, 2025 – St. Joseph, Crescent Springs
September 11, 2025 – Blessed Sacrament
September 23, 2025 – St. Pius X
September 25, 2025 – St. Agnes and Prince of Peace
Students from feeder schools are welcome to schedule an additional individual shadow day if they feel that they need one more visit to NDA before making their high school choice. Contact Director of Enrollment, Katie Caccavari, at 859-292-1829 to arrange a visit. We can’t wait to meet you!
Group Shadow Day for Students from Non-Feeder Schools
October 13, 2025 (8:15 a.m. – 12 noon)
Students from non-feeder schools should call the NDA Admissions Office at 859-292-1829 or 859-292-1837 to reserve a space for the Group Shadow Days (space is limited) or to schedule individual shadow days.

Incoming Student and Freshman Dates
High School Placement Test Workshops 2025
Notre Dame Academy invites 8th graders to attend this workshop to learn tips and strategies for success on the HSPT. Advance registration is required. Each workshop is limited to 35 students. The cost is $50 per student. You can register for any of the workshops by clicking on the HSPT Workshop Flyer below.
NOTE: A student only needs to attend one workshop session. The content is the same each time. You can find an HSPT Workshop Flyer here.
High School Placement Test
December 13, 2025 – HSPT – HIGH SCHOOL PLACEMENT TEST – 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Please refer to the “Admissions Process” page HERE for the HSPT registration form beginning November 1.
Financial Assistance Application
January 1, 2026 – First day to submit applications for financial assistance for the 2026-2027 school year through FACTS Management. You can access the online FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment Application HERE.
April 15, 2026 – FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment Application Deadline
High School Placement Test Results Meeting
January 12, 2026 – HSPT RESULTS MEETING – 7:00 p.m.
Students will pick up test results at 7:00 p.m. and hear a brief explanation of the test scores. The online Application for Admission will go live on the website on this date.
Freshman Priority Application Period
January 12, 2026 – February 13, 2026 – NDA FRESHMAN PRIORITY APPLICATION PERIOD

Arts Fest

6th and 7th graders – this is your chance to get a head start on the 8th grade! Learn about NDA life and
how to get ready for high school all in one evening.
8th Graders – come and take another look at all we have to offer!
