Graduation Tickets & Caps/Gowns

Students will receive caps and gowns.

Seniors will receive tickets for graduation.
May 16, 2017
Dress Code: it is expected that students dress in a way that is acceptable for young women attending a
Catholic high school. This includes appropriate dress, skirt or slacks of an appropriate length and overall
fit, with a nice top which provides coverage of the stomach, back, shoulder and chest areas.
Pictures: You See Photography will take a class picture after the luncheon (purchase is optional)
Senior Send Off
May 16, 2017, Following Alumnae Luncheon and Class Picture
This is our traditional senior send off when our students and faculty celebrate the seniors in an all-school assembly.
May 24, 2017, 11:50 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Graduation practice at NDA. Take assigned places no later than 11:50 a.m.
May 25, 2017, 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Graduation practice at Northern Kentucky Convention Center.
May 25, 2017, 7:00 p.m. at St. Agnes Church
The mass is the final class mass for the Seniors before they graduate. Seniors are invited along with their families to attend this celebration. All Seniors are invited to assist in planning this celebration sometime in the beginning of May. Seniors also have the opportunity to sign up to minister during the mass as lectors, Eucharistic ministers, greeters, and other various ministries. Seniors who have expressed an interest in participating in these ministries are chosen at random. Seniors will sit together as a class in the front. Graduation gowns are worn this evening, but no caps. A light colored dress or skirt and top should be worn underneath the graduation gown. The skirt or dress may not be longer than the gown.
May 26, 2017, 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. at Receptions in Erlanger, KY
Breakfast for seniors and their parents. Dress Code: follow the same guidelines as for the Alumnae Welcome Luncheon.
May 26, 2017, 4:00 p.m. at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center
The graduation ceremony lasts about one hour and 15 minutes. “You See Photography” will be at the ceremony. They will take a portrait of each senior before the ceremony as well as a picture of each girl as she receives her diploma. They also take candids, group shots, etc. Proofs will be mailed to each student, and purchase is optional.
Dress Code: a white or light colored dress or skirt and top must be worn under the gown. The dress or skirt may not be longer than the gown.
