Stacie Strotman

President/CEO, Partners for Change

Stacie Strotman serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Partners For Change, a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring, family engagement, and out-of-school programming that strengthens student success across Northern Kentucky. With nearly 26 years of experience in education—including her longtime leadership at Covington Partners—Stacie has built a career rooted in collaboration, continuous improvement, and supporting the whole child. She also teaches Program Evaluation in Northern Kentucky University’s Master of Public Administration program.

A Northern Kentucky native, Stacie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and her master’s degree in Public Administration from NKU.

Her commitment to Catholic education is reflected in her family’s connection to NDA. Stacie is the mother of Emma, Class of 2026, and is passionate about supporting young women in a community grounded in faith and excellence. Her deep experience in community impact and student support enriches her service on the board.
