Erin Woods brings a strong background in education, development, and nonprofit leadership to her role on the Board of Directors. As Director of Development at the Notre Dame Urban Education Center, she leads comprehensive fundraising efforts, donor relations, and major initiatives that expand opportunities for underserved students and families. Her work focuses on building sustainable partnerships, securing grants, and strengthening mission driven programs.
Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Thomas More University—an ideal blend of educational understanding and strategic business insight.
Her connection to Notre Dame Academy is rooted in her role as a parent. Erin’s daughter, Sophia, is a member of the Class of 2029, and Erin is passionate about supporting NDA’s mission of empowering young women through faith-based, transformative education. Her commitment to service, community, and Catholic education makes her a valued contributor to the board.
