Brian Dunham

Attorney/Founder, Dunham Law

Mr. Brian C. Dunham is the founder and managing member of Dunham Law and brings more than 25 years of experience in business, real estate, and commercial law. A highly respected attorney, he holds the “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in both Ohio and Kentucky. Brian is one of only 17 attorneys certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Business, Commercial, and Industrial Real Property Law.

A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, he earned his B.A. and J.D./M.B.A., both cum laude, and has served in leadership roles in numerous professional and civic organizations throughout the region.

Brian’s commitment to Notre Dame Academy is deeply personal. His wife, Julie, is a 1988 alumna, and their daughters Claire (2021) and Chloe (2025), along with his sisters, are all NDA graduates. His dedication to faith-based education and mission-driven leadership makes him a valued member of the board.
