Power School Information

PowerSchool Update to version 7.0.1

PowerSchool was recently upgraded to a new version that has an updated appearance designed to be easier to view. Please note that passwords are now case sensitive. If your password contains a capital letter, please be sure to key it as a capital letter when logging into PowerSchool. Depending on which browser you use, it may also be necessary to clear the history and/or the cache to allow the new files to download that PowerSchool uses for the login process. See the instructions below for how to clear the history and/or cache for some of the more popular browsers. It may take a minute or two to complete this process depending on how much information is stored in your cache files.

Safari: Click on [Safari] in the command bar and select the [Empty Cache...] option. Then click the [Empty] button in the next window.

Firefox: Click on [Tools] in the command bar and select the [Clear Recent History...] option. From the "Time range to clear" drop-down list, select [Everything]. Click the arrow to show the [Details] list if it is not visible and check the box for [Cache]. Click the [Clear Now] button.

Internet Explorer: Click on [Tools] in the command bar and select [Delete Browsing History...]. In the next window, select the check boxes for [Temporary Internet Files] and [Cookies]. Click the [Delete] button.
