January 9-13 - Vocations Awareness Week
- Students will be encouraged to consider the life of a Religious. Vocation prayers and questions will be presented throughout the week.
January 13-15 - Christian Awakening Retreat #3
- 50 Seniors will participate in this retreat experience. Please remember them and the team members in your prayers throughout the week. Letters of support are due to the Campus Ministry office by January 12.
January 17 - Diocesan Catholic Schools Week Mass
- 2 student representatives from each grade level will attend this Diocesan celebration of Catholic Schools at the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption in Covington.
January 23 - Diocesan Day of Prayer and Penance
- During morning announcements the student body will be prayerfully united with all other Diocesan Schools in a special prayer service for life.
January 26-27 - Ugandan Presentation
- Sr. Rita Goeppinger, head teacher of the SND mission school in Uganda will present to each of the religion classes what life is like in Uganda and ways in which students can help.
January 30-February 3 - Catholic Schools Week
- Monday we will celebrate an all school Mass to kick of the Catholic Schools Week Celebration. This year's national theme is: "Catholic Schools: Faith, Academics, Service."
- Throughout the week - we will celebrate through special prayers, announcements and presentations the importance and uniqueness of Catholic Education.
All students and faculty are invited to join us as we pray a decade of the rosary each morning in chapel beginning at 7:40 a.m.
